Souly B first fell in love with deep house music back in his high school years . The radio show Urban Beat, soon became his favourite show and made him fall deeper in love with the house music genre. In 2013 he began deejaying the following year he started playing using a laptop but later went to study at Boston and enrolled in the course DJ 101 under Soul Candi, lectured by Clive Bean. It is there where he learnt to play using CDJ's until today. Souly B is also a member of several merged podcasts namely
